I use Photobucket, it is free. I also use Smugmug, which is better for pictures I take myself, and for sharing in volume via email, although it is not free.

Open House

Sorry, I won't be able to monitor much, but it's better than a hung thread!!

All those louvres put me in mind of a SPAD, maybe the XVIII?

SincoTC 25th October 2012 22:10

Sorry Kitbag, it's not a SPAD; but you're in the right country!

SincoTC 26th October 2012 22:31

It's a bit quiet :ooh:; so another clue is in order.

This was a fighter and described as Parasol-monoplane; although it got a little extra lift from a broad strut between the wheels :)

Karlark 26th October 2012 23:41

Thanks Karlark. A French beauty. I am experiencing problems editing the jpg. file names on the new version of photobucket. Sorry, but it will have to be OPEN HOUSE until I figure it out.

evansb 28th October 2012 23:24

Okay, so I'm no longer using the beta version of photobucket. Here is the next challenge:

The Jet Squalus mate?

Promavia Jet Squalus - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

evansb 29th October 2012 16:45

Noyade is correct.:ok: Just over a decade ago, an investor was trying to sell the idea of manufacturing the Squalus under license in Claresholm, Alberta. Nothing came of it.

You have control.

Noyade 29th October 2012 19:33

Thanks Brian.

All I have is a schematic. A new day has dawned and I'm off to work. Cheers.
