RAAF Williams Point Cook Base?

The RAAF combined the administration of Point Cook and Laverton aerodromes to become RAAF Williams. The photo is of RAAF Laverton, VIC, Australia, (just SW of Melbourne).
DH has control.

It's gone very quiet. Perhaps a few clues are in order.
The Aircraft above is G-BDZX, the year 1987. A Flight Plan was required to go there. I just looked at google earth and it really looks much the same now.:ugh:
