dixi188 13th Jun 2010 18:39

I thought Beechcraft Duke, but I don't think the tail is right.

skytrain10 13th Jun 2010 19:22

Not a Beech Duke dixi...and welcome to the forum.

skytrain10 13th Jun 2010 19:24

I'll be off air for a couple of hours so will check-in later.

skytrain10 13th Jun 2010 22:59

Well, its very quiet, so its time for a clue:

The production aircraft were not built in the same country that manufactured (and flew) the first prototype.

Closing down for the night now.

evansb 14th Jun 2010 05:01

Mitsubishi Rockwell Commander 700 ?

skytrain10 14th Jun 2010 08:25

Hi Bri, long time no see on the forum.

Close enough, its the Rockwell Commander 700, aka Fuji 300. The prototype was built and flown in Japan in 1975, but assembly of the 32 production aircraft was undertaken in the US.

evansb has control.

evansb 14th Jun 2010 13:37

Thank you. Yes, the Fuji 300! Here is the next challenge:

Ridge Runner 14th Jun 2010 14:35

Its got a Russian look about it but I'm not sure that they had too many light touring types like this?

evansb 14th Jun 2010 14:54

Sorry, RR, not Russian.

skytrain10 14th Jun 2010 16:29

Looks like the Rearwin 6000 Speedster?

Open House if correct.

Lightning Mate 14th Jun 2010 16:58

My, you boys have been busy today.

Trouble is, so have I, doing something called work!

skytrain10 14th Jun 2010 17:00
