Please note am going to be traveling first thing so assuming I'm correct it will now have to be Open House.

Good night.

SincoTC 10th Jan 2011 21:45

I don't think there's much doubt about you're being correct skytrain!

Thanks for preventing another stall; have a good trip and hurry back :ok:

Good morning gentlemen,

As de facto Open House has been declared, here's my exposure to bashing and banter today:

Good morning/guten morgen.

I think I know what the first question will be........

SincoTC 11th Jan 2011 09:54

Good morning/guten morgen,

I'm going to be very busy again today, but will drop in on breaks and mop up any good clues going for grabs! :)

I think I know what the first question will be........
Well....; seeing as there's not many players about, I'd better ask it then!!

Is the challenge from the USA and on Aerofiles?

Ridge Runner 11th Jan 2011 10:12

Sorry boys.. couldn't get on to SC!!!! Yes, the MH!!!

I think I know what the first question will be........
Actually I thought it might be:

Where's the lower left wing?

SincoTC 11th Jan 2011 12:15

Back for lunch break!

I thought that ' coz it's a sesquiplane, you can just see the left lower wing-tip inside the triangle enclosed by the inner of the two struts visible, is that not the case?

Now realising that I may have posed a question that can give a logically correct answer of no. I will re-phrase it to be sure! Is it from the USA and if so, is it on Aerofiles?

RegDep 11th Jan 2011 12:15

LM: I can hear in me ears the designer saying ... after a short break ..: Oh s**t, back to the drawing board! :8

Yes, that is the case.

No, it is not.

SincoTC 11th Jan 2011 12:26

Break nearly over now, so a quick parting shot without checking the details, or if it's been posted before.

Is it a Henschel Hs 123 ??

Edited to say thanks for the clarification Reg, I realised with my emboldening of the "and", boolean logic would say that it could be from the USA, but have no entry in Aerofiles and still correctly be a "No"!

Lightning Mate 11th Jan 2011 12:36

e-mail for TC.

It is not a Henschel.

And, furthermore, it could have been a foreign one in Aerofiles, they have some of those, too .

SincoTC 11th Jan 2011 12:43

Thanks Reg, email recieved LM :ok:

I really am going now, so how about a Fiat CR.42 Falco ?

Will try and get back later!

RegDep 11th Jan 2011 12:47

Not the Henschel and not the Fiat. All too much struts.

Ridge Runner 11th Jan 2011 13:07

Letov, per chance?

RegDep 11th Jan 2011 13:09

Not a Letov, either

Lightning Mate 11th Jan 2011 14:34

C'mon RR - the Stig will be back soon.....

Ridge Runner 11th Jan 2011 14:35

I'm really not sure. However the fin/rudder seems familiar.... RR
