Which Aerodrome Mk IV
Big place, Russia...........
to narrow it down, after 1918 it wasn't in Russia anymore.
And, at the time, it was the biggest reinforced concrete structure of its kind in the world. The domes were only supported by their corners makin it one big open space under the three domes.

Correct! It certainly is Lennusadam, the seaplane harbor of Tallinn.
To open up the clues:
The first picture was clipped so that the seafront is not visible, just to add challenge.
It was recognizable though as the distinctive three domes are there. Actually, if one types "three dome hangar" on the worlds most used search engine, first upcoming picture is the Lennusadam. And if you've ever been there you'll probably recognize it that instant.
Started by russias Nikolai II to modernize the coastal fort it was completed in 1918 in independent Estonia seeing active usage through 20s and 30s, eg Charles Lindbergh landed there once.
Under soviet regime it was neglegted and left to decay. But the imperial russian era built quality outlasted the soviet regime and today it is a very nice maritime museum, the Lennusadam Seaplane Harbor including eg full scale WW2 era submarine, 1920's seaplanes, soviet era patrol boats and much more. If one is ever in Estonia this is one spot I wouldn't miss. I've been there multiple times and even children enjoy themselves there.
Some historical pictures of Lennusadam and what it looks like today (and OH announced)

Health & Safety gone mad with the big orange blobs on the glass - so definitely a place with lawyers........ N America?
The truck appears to be fourth gen Single Cab Mitsubishi L200 (or Triton if you are from Australia/Japan/Thailand). To what I can get from the interweb, it was not sold in the U.S.
Indeed Andorra/ Le Seu d’Urgell
Not in Andorra itself but at 12 km in Spain.
But I think we will book it in the list as Andorra.
Not much countries or islands with airports left in Europe which have not figured as challenge before.
Then I will look at other continents.

Judging by the crowd of thousands, I’m guessing it might be Hendon.
