Which Aerodrome Mk IV
Earlier last week..?
We need to look for somewhere with a runway 02, 12, 22 or 32!
Well if that IS the Tour De France it normally finishes mid - afternoon and those shadows are at 90 degrees to the centreline.

Are we in Southern England?
Having now recklessly embarked on imbibing a bottle of Mangold Wine 76 (A very dry vintage) I'm minded to chuck another clue your way as to the location of the aerodrome. Those few of you of more sober inclination can pick up from this whatever you like, in much the same manner that a dog gets lucky under the dinner table (I'll shortly be joining it, tho' alas fine fellow ,he died aged fifteen, last year). My clue is - wait for it - purely inspired by the Ladies football semi-final - GREAT BRITAIN.........
