The only info I have on the carrier pigeon - is it's heading to Bletchley Park.

It was quite a modern pigeon for its days:
It took off with flaps extended.

I heard they modernised shortly afterwards and made the pigeons out of clay, I have to admit a machine gun is a bit OTT and not very sporting.

Well done Mel! I was familiar with the Stranraer because of the lovely example at Hendon but not heard of the London!

I'll stick this one up, never heard of it before!
