DHC1 it is, TTN & LM

It gave me my second flight & impressed me much more than the Prentice which was my first. When my ATPL was issued in 1974, the Chipmunk was the only type included, good old days or what?

My AAR time was always behind the tankers when I was on 23 (Javelin) & 43 (F4).

NutherA2, I assume you were mainly refuelling from Valiants in your Javelin.

LM - I was never on K2s, I saw the K1s through to the end on 214. So if you plugged in any time between 1971 and 1977 it might have been me peering at you through the periscope!

Anyway I've done a few recently, why don't you take this one LM ?
