Nearly right, but missed by a generation. It's the (remains of!
) an RB211-524g engine. IIRC suffered a surge on take-off where the FAFC was scheduling more fuel to try to overcome the drop in P3 pressure.

First visit in a couple of days, I have been (and still am) heavily involved with business wallah's so can't stake a claim on this one, but my suggestion may help it along if it's what I think it is.
