Thank you... In fairness, it's just luck. I've poked those things often enough on the walk round! I do have (I think) a cracking challenge, but following an IT rejigging this week, I can't find the image, so OPEN HOUSE for the moment.

I have the slight feeling that it's rather early for big clues, so Noyade, may I answer (for now) that at least one of your questions receives the answer 'yes', and because I feel slightly bad about not being more fulsome, I'll add that (as nacluv suggests) this is a very tight crop from a larger image, and that, although you can't tell from the photograph, this is a very rare example of the type in that it has a leather 'luxury' interior; it's also quite a highly-publicised aircraft (in the last year or two)...

As there's been no progress overnight, I'll add that at least one of Noyade's questions receives the answer 'no'... The publicity, by the way, was in the UK, though enthusiastic PPRuNErs worldwide may have come across it.

So it's old, vintage maybe, and has been restored to a "luxury" standard and once back in the air became the focus of British aircraft enthusiasts?
Earlier I was thinking along the lines of the Howard 500 - doesn't fit but is that the sort of thing we should be looking at?

Good thinking, but not following the right scent just yet...
This example was built in 2002. From build, it was in what I might call a 'civilian executive' fit. I think the publicity was more a result of chance (and dare I say a spot of inaction) than any great interest.

PS, fellas belong Murrumbidgee might do well to forget the publicity thing... While lengthy, it was confined to one publication, and I'm not sure if that publication reaches the antipodes (though its web presence certainly does). Sorry if this leaves you even more baffled...
