Thanks for the bigger image mate

Looking at the wing root I can't help but think the Vultee Vengeance, but the nacelle is wrong?
Is it an experimental engine insitu? Is it an attack (A) aircraft?

I think either of you Noyade or Lightning Mate can take control if you have something and are still around.

Impressive challenge mate!

Going in circles I think. Had a few French ideas, Tupolev, Convair and others.
Looks big.
Are the intakes positioned like Backfin?

Or has it possibly crashed-landed on the starboard side?

American manufacture and yes, the intakes are positioned similar to the Backfin. The aircraft is smaller, comparatively speaking.
