Sorry for disappearing mid-challenge there. I'll be interested to find out where this is, if only because it looks very much like my local. It isn't, by the way. I'll take a stab at Gander.
Think it might be Bangkok....tropical weather,lightweight clothing,USAF C54,couple of Beech 18s,possibly couple of other mils ,left upper...dolly with umbrella...
ID of the MATS C-54 is probably correct.

The twin engine to be a KLM is highly unlikely.
