In the US. Somewhere swampy.
Not that heavily used by the lack of rubber on the runway - looks like a river bottom - - dozen or so private hangars, no tower, so not too close to a major city

I started with the list of County Airports that had received money from the FAA in th elast few years- my God!! talk about pork barrel politics.............. must be hundreds.....

Yes we're in N America - as for noise sometimes you get these - and occasionally something even noisier - off out for a glass or two....
Well getting any sort of a drink (legally) used to be a bit of a challenge around here at one time............... somewhat more enlightened these days I believe......
