Gordy, can see you need re-edificating,after living in `Spamland`; Misserry=Missouri. Bullseye = ref.point...Didn`t they teach you anything on the NFTCU...????
Nevertheless ,it must be Rolla,MO..
Anyway does it work ,as advertised..?

re glassphalt
Sycamore - Apparently not - from Rolla Downtown Airport details -
RW 9/27 - 3028 x 38 ft -
FAA info at 20 Oct 2011 - "GLASSPHALT (sic) COATING DETEORATING (sic) AND GLASS CHIPS ARE BECOMING LOOSE. TALL WEEDS ON RY."
Perhaps from lack of movements/revenue - avg - 24 per month

Ha, yep....I got the "missery" bit---you have no idea: I spend 3 months there every year on fire contract.
Yes it is Rolla, and the "glassphalt" does kind of work as advertised. It really cuts you up when you fall off a bike wearing shorts though... The airport has an average of one plane every two weeks....we have "sailboat" races with sheets and office chairs on wheels down the runway occasionally to break the boredom in between training sessions....here is that lovely airport:

Something to keep the thread moving -
last time I posted 'jindabyne' spotted something about my photobucket -
I was not able to find out if there was anything wrong with the way I saved the image - let's see if the same thing happens with this

It is Oscoda-Wurtsmith, an old military base. I was up there working with the Medewin Hotshot crew while they trained new firefighters to call in water drops...
saislor... over to you or OH as you suggested...
