It is....although have not seen any regulars (other than yourself) on the thread, so I suspect it's still here by default
Anyway another clue....I found this in my search for RR's recent challenge.
Edit, good Cryptic one....I had gone the route of the dragon as the monster, german powered being the RWE power station next to St Athan. It was a nice theory anyway!
