Correct sabredog,
One of the practicing copy target airfields in Nevada, USA, this one to match Altenburg Soviet AFB (currently EDAC Altenburg Nobitz) in Saxony Germany, (former DDR area).
One might remember me posting a similar pair a while ago with practicing copy in Brandenburg (then DDR) and the real one in West Germany.
Kind of tit-for-tat.

OK, where would you have this combination of glacio-fluvial ridges, forestry patterns and type of aerodrome? Scandinavia and Canada have been ruled out. Finland, too, assuming that one counts it into Scandinavia, but the aerodrome does not fit either. North-Eastern Russia? I doubt? Eastern Poland? Naw…
