Africa was my first choice with Nairobi and Kampala as prospects, the Sun is high, the apron personnel are in shorts and long socks, however all the aircraft are American.
The tower has a structure common around S.E. Asia, but not likely to be Malaysia or Singapore as no British influence (apart from the long socks).
So I'll go for somewhere in the Philippines and Eastwards to Guam.
Nagging doubt about the terrain, doesn't look tropical.

Keen eye. There is indeed a British influence. Yes, most of the aircraft are American built. The Norseman is Canadian built. The aerodrome presently has a beautiful new control tower.

Annobón (or Annabon or Anabon; from Ano bom Portuguese for Good Year), also known as Pagalu or Pigalu, is an island of Equatorial Guinea.
The island's main language is the Annobonese language (Fá d'Ambô), a Portuguese creole. Spanish, the official language, is also widely spoken, especially by schoolchildren and those working in tourism. Spanish is also a second language of the majority of residents.
