I'm thinking it's American ?

Are those two "hoopy thingies" on the forward fuselage windscreens, or just another pair of thingies like those on the upper wing, so the question is, is it a two-seater or more?

It was indeed American.

Information on this aeroplane is scant, but it is listed as a two-seater.
