Worked on Herons for a while, so it leapt out at me.

Looks like a Boeing biplane fighter from the '30s, perhaps the F4B-4...

Mel has it! Sorry I was late to confirm. This plane is in the National Museum of Naval Aviation in Pennsicola, FL. The biggest "clue" in the picture was the wing roots of the upper wings.

Next Challenge

Thanks cubs2jets as you say the wing root was the clue, although my first thoughts were a the Gull Winged Polikarpov I-15 as used in the Spanish War or a PZL 11.
I am sure this next one will be no trouble.
