Methinks it`s driven from the right seat,and may be the Kamov KA-22 Hoop,from about 1960; if it is...Doors to manual !

Yes, it is a KAMOV Ka-22 VINTOKRYL (Two Screwy).

I wonder how they did blade tracking on that beast. I bet it was not by the flag method.
