I agree about the Connie but not the Starliner, that last stretch seemed to me to spoil the aesthetics.

Horses for courses, I guess, but if I had to pick a favourite jetliner, it would have to be the A340-500; well proportioned (the -600 is just too long) and those RR Trents just round it off perfectly ...

As for military aircraft, I have the agree, the Rockwell B1B is right up there, but for me it has to be the Hornet!

This is easy! The Comet 4 and specifically this one:
AKA "My Comet!" (I flew in her from London to Brisbane in 1964)
and here in her later RAF livery:
Sadly she was scrapped in 1997, however I have heard that her Cockpit still exists somewhere.

I'm with 606express, got to be the Hunter, any version really, but in Neville Duke's record-breaking colours for preference.
A single-seat version flew right over the house a day or two ago, as a bonus.
The sound is special as well, especially of a number of them taxying out together.
The lines are just perfection, and a wonderful example of "If it looks right, it probably is right".
And what a ride (as an FAC course student in the '60s, Chivenor). 250ft, 420 kts, almost silent in the cockpit.

To the vote?
Can we do a poll on this? There are loads of contenders and a few agreements, so why not make it scientific & search for a winner? Just a thought.
