They aren’t going to create a massive training academy system (eventually suggested they’ll graduate several hundred recruits per year over several locations) and then tell them to all go out into GA and try and find work in an environment where GA is declining, on the hope that in a couple of years they may get a call from QF. Word would spread and no one would apply. This system was designed to supply the majority of the group’s new hires for the future. People outside of the system will have to accept this, and that traditional pathways will be less common. |
