As a va tech ame, I'm appalled at the behavior of vbpcguy his rants do not reflect the guys I work with at all:mad: We all either have mates with, did our apprenticeships with or worked with the guys from qf that now find themselves unemployed. I hope that everyone sees the bulltish that spews from his crusty keyboard as those that reflect a madman..... Shut the f$&)@ up, we know who you are...

To the qf guys , having gone through this 10 years ago things do get better and as someone who has worked at qf heavy in brissy before, it's really not that bad.

I remember approx. in 2005 a JAL 747-300 at S.I.T that was pushed back and have the Wing Gear Trunnion snap in half. The sound was apparently not that loud. The only reason the it was picked up was the fact the LAME went to investigate on a gut feeling saving the A/C from a certain massive incident.

VBPCGUY, I hope you remember this thread for the unfortunate souls that are aboard the aircraft when it happens to you and you let it fly! Clown.
