Regional Airline C&T Hypocrites

Firstly, where's my EBA? I can't vote NO until you table it.

Secondly, pissed myself with laughter after receiving the latest FCOM update. It says that the autopilot transition to capture an altitude preselect is "isotopic".

What a bunch of heads.

Seems managers at this company don't even understand basic theory of the aircraft - or basic English for that matter
I'd love to know how subatomic particle theory relates to automation in the SAAB.

Small airline syndrome. Always been around, just play the game while you are there.

ahhhh....

the best one, was when the Ignominious training manager put out a memo accusing pilots of DELIBERATELY ignoring S.O.P's. An eerie silence prevailed when it was pointed out that one of the SOP's dictated that, in a ditching situation, first action is "don your hat".... yet the company was too tight to supply hats.
FOM's were having a go at pilots for not wearing hats too. - pretty hard to wear a piece of uniform that has not been supplied to you!

and then, when they DID get a supply of hats(at $12 each!) .... well, you can guess how they looked!
