Thumbs down aerorescue

I recently had the chance to speak directly with one of these Aerorescue guys, and all I can say is "What the??" Is anybody driving that organization, or is it just a "status On line" for Pearl profit situation? If any pilot is thinking of working there, I would strongly advise to consider other options, like KFC "Want fries with that?"; at least you get the paper hat!

Yes The Company Has A Long Way To Go But At Least They Are Trying.
Instead Of People Who Have No Idea What They Are Talking About Making Rash Statements Maybe People Can Be Part Of The Solution And Not Part Of The Problem.

Well MAXX; I assure you the person I spoke to knows exactly what they are talking about! My source has been with this organization since AMSA1, and has convinced me to steer well and truly clear of this misdirected organization!

sardiety,
AMSA1 says it all, there is still some remaining remnants from AMSA1 who is departing soon, once this person has departed, the rest can get on with what we have been trained to do and continue to push this company to where it belongs at the top of the GA industry, and believe me with the people in place it will happen. Thanks for the support MAXX

Hey MAXX what with the caps on every word?

Yes The Company Has A Long Way To Go But At Least They Are Trying
Yes, but perhaps the 'best tryer' award can be given instead of millions of our tax dollars. I hear things are finally falling into line.

Thanks SARDOPEY, nice to see another thread bagging out said company. Nice also to see the moderators let that get through with someone who obviously has some sort of built up angst and who is making their debut. What you couldn't be happy with the previous 3 threads SARDOPEY? Keep pushing the barrow.

I am getting well fed up with this, so I'll say it again. Rome wasn't built in a day. The company is bringing in a new type, with new equipment, with a whole heap of new aircrew, with a new tasking, on a new contract, with new engineering requirements, all in a short period of time. Stop the whining, they have a heap of experienced people, who are safe and professional, who are committed to their jobs. Like I said in the previous thread I think they've done a pretty good job given the challenge.
There will always be people who are unhappy in a new role that they may not have been fully aware of the sacrifices and rewards it offers. Better off gone I say and let someone who wants to be there take your place.

To anyone thinking of working there it's a good job with the odd benefit of helping someone who needs your help, which as I said before ain't a bad way to spend your day.

Careful

your welcome for the support dashunder.

I suppose i really should support the company i still work for hey

oh by the way you really should be careful about who you believe to be shooting their mouth off

Just because someone is leaving a company doesnt mean that person is bad mouthing the place ,infact the person may even leave and have nothing but best wishes for the success of the operation.

cheers

MAXX

OK, take that line, but if you can prove to me along with any interview board we operate in accordance with CASA Regs, I'll run down George St with other rear ender tagging along behind me (god help me)
Since when does breaking CASA regs on a daily basis is 'being commited to safety'!
Since when does endangering the life's of those your rescueing and the crew being 'commited'
We have to wake up before it's too late - I need the money

I agree,

When can you expect the company to "do the right thing" when they have employed another new Chief Pilot - ex CASA (this makes 4 CP's in 18 months - wonder how long he'll last?) and then there is this senior manager in Pearl running AR who is on the safety board of CASA? they also have this training capt laughing in CASA's face, tell me how we can improve with people like this?

AS FOR PILOTS LEAVING - 8 capts have left in 6 months, mostly for serious safety concerns, some very expereinced ex airline C&T guys! what does that tell you - help!
