When can you expect the company to "do the right thing" when they have employed another new Chief Pilot - ex CASA
(this makes 4 CP's in 18 months - wonder how long he'll last?) and then there is this senior manager in Pearl running AR who is on the
safety board of CASA? they also have this training capt laughing in CASA's face, tell me how we can improve with people like this?
AS FOR PILOTS LEAVING - 8 capts have left in 6 months, mostly for serious safety concerns, some very expereinced ex airline C&T guys! what does that tell you - help!
