Thank you - again - anotherthing. You have made me feel a bit better about it. I know I can do it, it's just a matter of DOING it ALL the time now. Some of my colleagues are being picked for the same things, I just think I can be a bit hard on myself at times.

Most trainees are their own harshest critics. Remember practice makes perfect, keep plugging away at it and it will get easier. Hopefully, eventually it will become second nature.

Most of us remember being a trainee and having trouble with something along the way; don't be afraid to ask for advice any time, any controller worth their salt will be happy to help you if they can.

Keep your chin up and keep at it.
