Most trainees are their own harshest critics. Remember practice makes perfect, keep plugging away at it and it
will get easier. Hopefully, eventually it will become second nature.
Most of us remember being a trainee and having trouble with something along the way; don't be afraid to ask for advice any time, any controller worth their salt will be happy to help you if they can.
Keep your chin up and keep at it.
