Based on my experiences with Serco I thought that was a requirement for management.

Actually I don't care who the contract manager is. It's irrelevant. What matters is that those of us that want to stay here and make the most of it, do just that. Make the most of it.

If you are always only giving your two cents worth, that's all you will get back...... two cents worth
