Thank's I will. Glad I am flying from BLK who are not rushed of thier feet:ok:.

MUFC_fan 22nd July 2009 20:23

Tomorrow morning when Faro, Ibiza and Isle of Man are departing within 40 minutes - it does get a little busy!:}

Sandgrown 23rd July 2009 16:10

And the crew might all be agency staff....

:p:p:p

silverhawk 23rd July 2009 22:11

Flying Officer Kite obviously has no experience of actually flying.

The handle being out of the flush position affects only the drag of the aircraft. It has zero influence on the safety of the door in flight. These are plug type doors. Get a grip please. Do you not think the designers engineered a bit of safety into the aircraft?

Ernest Lanc's 26th July 2009 23:17

Silverhawk.
Thank's for that, unless Flying Officer Kite turns out to be captain at 9:25 later this morning:ooh:.

I think there three fights together almost the same time I am going (Monday), don't normally do early mornings.

MUFC_fan 26th July 2009 23:21

Ernest, do you mean you are going out on today's flight (Monday). If so, make sure you are at least 10 minutes earlier than you mentioned because your flight is at 9.15 not 9.25!:}

This morning's ALC will be full but no other flights within 60 minutes so should be all right.

Let us know what your BLK experience is like!:ok:

Of course, looking forward to it:ok:, not getting up at 06:15 though. LOL yes typo, it's 09:15. Not 09:25.

dada 27th July 2009 07:15

no mufc, please dont let him report on his blk experience. it'll bore the pants of us all

MUFC_fan 27th July 2009 08:27

You don't have to read it dada - just delete the email.

I think the report will be a little bit predictable :ok:

Sandgrown 27th July 2009 18:48

My Line speed won't support it....

Well, with LS picking up delays from MAN today of :
Alicante 4 1/2+ hours
Malaga 6+ hours
Murcia 6 1/2+ hours

Whatever will Ernest say, particularly as his Blackpool flight departed on time.

Blackpool's Bulgaria air-link back in service - Blackpool Today

great news, but will the flights actually take place?

Ballymoss 28th July 2009 21:42

Bulgaria air-link back in service!

To quote Sue Kendrick

The route has been sorely missed for the last few years
By who exactly?

Come on, I could invite a few women round who have no knowledge of shaving, waxing or indeed 'epilite hair removal' (other brands are available),
put an umbrella up, light a large fire and have a Bulgarian beach party in my own back yard. Far more fun and no ADF! Don't think Mrs Moss would approve somehow...

Well, of all the destinations that Blackpool badly needs, Bulgaria must come close to the bottom of the list.

johnnychips 29th July 2009 00:41

You BLK posters seem incredibly snobby!

dada 29th July 2009 06:18

jonniechips - have you been to bulgaria. ? blackpol is dump make no mistake (albeit they're trying their best to do it up - have you seen the war of the worlds lights exhibition in birley street?). but bulgaria - all that way for what.
another dump with some sun?
anyway, how many flights to bulgaria did actually operate all those years ago?

MUFC_fan 29th July 2009 10:38

I think somewhere like a holiday in Afghanistan (they do them - google it!) would come below Bulgaria.

I wouldn't look to much into the PR spiel - nothing compared to what some companies come out with across other sectors. Even in this industry we have the infamous MOL!

dada 29th July 2009 15:41

well its worth thinking about because its only 2 1/2 hrs flying time according to the chap on the switchboard this afternoon. wouldnt you think they'd brief their staff on some of the facts relating to the destination - unless of course the flight operates part of the route supersonic.
muppets.............

Sandgrown 29th July 2009 17:52

We've been fed t'mushroom treatment too long here NOT to be cynical, Mr Chips...
