Looks like Ryanair is increases Edinburgh from 7 weekly to 10 weekly for Summer 2023. Double daily on Mondays, Fridays & Sundays. Not bookable yet.

Jet2 Antalya & Tenerife
Apart from previously mentioned extra flight to Antalya, Tenerife gets extra flight in same period. Source BIA website

Depends I’m sure upon how peeved they remain with the actions of BHD management in inviting both Emerald and Flybe onto SOU at BHD, when Eastern were the saviours of the link after Flybe fell over (the first time). Also, going back to BHD to compete head-on with Emerald on SOU may well be likely to see EZY join the fray on BFS-SOU now that Southampton Airport is upgrading its runway. Not sure that would be a great development for either Emerald or Eastern? |

Only gaps I can see in the Jet2 2024 timetable is on Wednesdays where one of the aircraft appears too do nothing all day.

At EDI, there's always been a day when one frame is rested, I had assumed for maintenance. Usually Wednesday although I think it was Tuesday in S22

Looks like Ryanair is delaying the opening of the base by two days. Was meant to start 26th March now looking like all based flights will now start 28th March with non based still starting 26th.

Will be interesting to see what Ryanair have planned for their first winter season back for W23/24. I say TFS, ACE & LPA are most likely routes if any new ones are added. Hopefully they put W23/24 on sale soon! |
I see Bfs is forecasting that they will break the 2019 pax numbers this year. If it happens that would be a fantastic recovery.
