Not at all and I don't, just stating hard true facts.

Hi Fly own Jet Exchange.... (as per companies house - Mirpuri's a Director, Mirpuri owns Hi Fly / Springjet)
Hi Fly had a JV with POP to operate 2 x A330 and an option for POP to buy Jet Exchange once the AOC and OL was upgraded from the Type B currently to the Type A.
Jet Exchange were trading from POP's office upgrading the AOC to house A330's
POP no longer have acft with Hi Fly (POP have one left and managed by Smartlynx)
Jet Exchange no longer in Hi Fly offices
Hi Fly sign a deal to house the Global A380
Global can only operate what they want on the G register.

Merry Xmas !

In the latest Asquith instagram post, Global are using bits of timber as chocks! Another Global first.

So, if I've understood this right, Jet Midwest are leasing the aircraft to Hi Fly Malta, who are then effectively sub-leasing (& going to operate) the aircraft on behalf of Global...?!

At each stage of that process, someone is taking a rake-off. This puts up the end price to the shareholders and makes it even less likely that this 'plan' will ever be real.

The Telegraph reports (behind a paywall) that Tom Stokely, a joint founder of Only Fans, has taken a stake in Global.

Is Asquith taking 'Gash in hand' for this transaction...
IFE showing 'Tits a wonderful Life ?'
No doubt Asquith 'waiting for a full load to disembark on him ?'

Aren't they already there?
Any news on the supposed planned flight from MHV to VNO? Will it ever be airworthy enough?
