New Start - Global Airlines
" Again for the avoidance of doubt, this posting does NOT promote these companies as an investment in any way whatsoever. It summarises publically available unaudited company filings to add to the informed debate."

Much emotion for Asquith today with 9H-GLOBL having undergone a series of runway tests. If it gets airborne on a test flight does that count as mission accomplished?
I rather liked Global's statement that:
It's almost like nobody has ever performed basic maintenance before!
I rather liked Global's statement that:
As well as all protective devices being removed, the BCA and Hi Fly teams have refreshed all fluids on the aircraft, including hydraulics, oil, fuel and water. Additionally, every nook and cranny of the aircraft has been inspected

One of "their" planes got airborne? Even two circuits above the Mojave means I need to go and do something...
*yeuch*
Hats taste disgusting and are really hard to chew.
I hope they don't go and land one at Manston or something. Then I've got problems...

Seems a little unusual that nothing appears to be happening after the very short test flight. Going on the usual adage in the industry that if a plane is on the ground, it's not earning, I'm rather surprised that there wasn't another longer flight to A N Other location for final refurb.
Anybody heard anything?

Still not airworthy enough to try a flight of any distance or significance?
In the interests of balance and fairness (*), I was trying very hard not to suggest that possibility.
Time will no doubt tell
