As in the likelihood of the Long-haul being purchased by a non UK or EU entity, or the risk if it was they would loose their rights? The rights issue is pretty clearly spelled out in the tentative bilateral. For a UK AOC to operated between the UK and US it has to be owned and controlled by either UK, US, or EU persons. The controlling bit is a big sticking point with the US government.

I suspect that scenario, as I said, is low probability.

Strong rumours TC are looking to offload their hangar at MAN to ryanair , Good news if true could raise a fair bit of cash , And once airlines gone no need for it whatsoever . Easily relocate the offices elsewhere off the Airport at a far cheaper location , Heard the operating cost of the hangar is ridiculously high so it’s got to be a big positive going forward

They have visited the ex Monarch Hangars at Luton and from what I gather wanted them for peanuts, no surprise there.
It depends how desperate TCX are to offload.

They should have off loaded the engineering side of things years ago its a horrendously expensive burden , I’m sure they are keen to get rid so maybe ryanair will get a good deal , They also looked at the ex monarch BHX , Apparently they are desperate for extra base maintenance capacity so TC could drive a good bargain as it’s a excellent facility in a good location

Does anybody happen to know the correct seating capacity on A332 OY-VKF?
I understood it to be 322, however I have seen reports showing loads of in excess of 350. Any clarification would be appreciated.
