ROC10- The LCA flight was a revenue flight in both directions as the series started at Easter on this route and had friends on the inbound who had an extra night in Larnarca.
It looks like BD arrived from ACE into BHX then went tech so they had to get BG down from Glasgow to cover

G-OOBA is now MAN based following its problems on the BHX-SID flight, with G-OOBP taking its place at BHX.

Just booked a holiday to Cancun out of MAN for end of April 2018, and because TUI have re-designed the seat booking process, removing the -90 day restriction when pre booking seats, or atleast Premium Club, was able to see what aircarft we'll be on.
26/4/18 MAN - CUN showing 46 isles on the seat map, indicating a 789 from MAN
Return (for me) 11 days later being a 788.
So it looks like 2018 will see a 789 based at MAN, unless it's a temp swap from LGW. Does this mean that the 2018 fleet of 789s will be 3, as I believe there's another 789 delivered this month, again based at LGW?

I read a sort of NOTAM over the weekend that said that the planned change of radio callsign from Thomson to TUI-Air has ben delayed until 31 Ocotber 2017. If this takes place the name of this thread will need to change sometime. What is the company actually called at present- notice most (all?) of the aeroplanes have TUI on them now.

Hi just a quick question. Flying out to LCA next week from Manchester on TOM2334 Seating plan suggests a 767 and a 1410 dep but this weeks flight is a 1450 dep on a 737-8. Is this just the switch to full summer schedule?

Why change the callsign at all? "Thomson" is way easier on the ear than "Tui-air". Indeed they should have kept "Britannia" for ATC. See also flybe and "Jersey"

A Thomson 767 flew Manchester - Yangon yesterday and is currently on the return flight. Anybody know the reason for this?
