Anyone know what the stream of Biz Jets was for today? I noted 4, 2 netjets and two other N Reg beech's.. one hidden over by the eastern hangar..
Also a Scot Airways Do328 turned up.. presumably to operate on behalf of eastern?
Cheers,
Lew

Rumours at the moment of an impending announcement on the scheduled front. Ryanair is being mooted at the moment, but I really can't see this coming off.
Negotiations with the Air France/KLM group about a CDG route are underway.
Apparently something will be made public in a few weeks' time when the final plans have been put into place and the contracts agreed upon.
Regards
Mike

Another link to a hub airport and a modest set of lo-co routes would be perfect for HUY!
CDG has been sought after for many years since the demise of Gill and i am sure that it would be a real winner and generate more pax for HUY rather than take them off the AMS!
Hope we hear something soon!

Potential Ryanair routes from HUY would almost certainly include Dublin and Barcelona GRO. Other opportunities exist for destinations such as Murcia, Almeria, Jerez, Rome CIA, Paris BVA, Venice TSF and Verona VBS. There is scope for at least 2 based a/c.

Humberside accident
Has anyone got any info on cause of the PA34 which crashed at HUY today. It is apparently used by Soloflight, two of their pilots were seen walking away from it incident un hurt. Conditions were quite windy at the time but don't know if this was the cause. nose wheel appears to have collapsed. Runway 27 was blocked.

All they have is a contract to provide the Jersey charter flight. It could be doing really well but another airline could end up operating it next year

Would certainly be nice to have FR at HUY, i think DSA would have a impact on seats though
I hope that they do operte HUY and if so i hope they make the most of the fact that there is no competition there at all! I want to see routes like Dublin, Barcelona Gerona, Murcia, Rome, London, Paris BVA, Rome etc...
All are possible, i just hope FR see this, they could realy make it work, their brand recognition will help no end!
