SAX recruit info

Thnx for the info Reptile!

I am very interested in a job for SAX.
How ever, I have a few questions regarding it..

Does anyone of you guys know if they will help me pay for the TR or if it is self sponsored?
What are their basic requirements?

I am a newly graduated JAA fATPL holder (ME/IR MEP - 200hrs TT 20ME).
I realise these are low hrs, but do they hire low timers as well?

Is it possible for me to join their Cadet programme?

Any career advise for me would be very appreciated!!

Have a nice day! =)

Transafrik

Hey guys,

I'm interested in sending my CV to Transafrik. I have about 400 hours TT, CFI, and also two years experience on a Boeing 727 full motion simulator. (Part of the curriculum at my university). I do realize that there are more experienced guys out there, but I was wondering if anybody knew any contacts at the company besides the one listed on the website? I'd like very much to fly in Africa, especially on the 727 or Herc.

Thanks guys.

FAA or JAA CPL?¿?

Hi there,

I figure you are just the person to ask about my dilemma.

I have just finished my PPL here in spain, I am a british national and ultimately I want to fly for Aid Organisations, or airlines who are charted by them.

At present I am working on building air time, but I am still uncertain as to whether I am best off training for a JAA or FAA CPL. I currently live in spain and am prepared to travel anywhere in the world for my training and then to subsequently work to build experience.

Any advice would be grately appreciated, many thanks in advace for your time.

Yours

Mike Neville-Rolfe.
