Well Wyatt
Good to see your back. Things are getting tough down at Tombstone Territory. It seems based on your statement that anyone who does Business with these folks is at risk. People continually do so and then wonder why they lose thier butts. These guys operate better than the Nigerian 419 boys.

If no case in court until Feb next year that gives these folks time to operate(illegally as usual) and make some money to pay the Law School Dropouts rent for a few months before he has to stand before the court and embarass himself again........
Sounds like the Hill family are in for a long battle.

I have had comments from others here in the States who have become aware of this operation and it certainly has put South Africa on the Map. Most will no longer do business until the Money hits the bank in full. Its palefaces such as these that make the Northern part of the Continent look like reputable folks.
Maybe they should start sending out emails, like:
Hi my name is Foxworthy, I have in a Secret South African Bank 25 Million dollars U.S. which I will gladly share with you if you send me your Bank Information, A couple Hueys and your First Born...

Hello out there?? Constitutional Court.....Are you listening??

P.S. Frelonius, you have just picked up the slack where Kennel Keeper left off......

Jawellnofine Bert,
Select Aviation is not owned by the Jakkals, he is an unrehabilitated insolvent and can therefor not be a director of any company until he pays back the bucks owed to the previous folks he tried to rip off and who got him declared just that. The company is owned by some boere poppie who hasnt got a clue what a unreinsolvent habilitated is and the paperwork signed by the jakkals when they scammed Jamie is not worth the paper it is written on.
Strange that 74k US amount. We know for sure that the 54K US was scammed off the folks in Muscat and another 10K US was scammed off of Jannie with his Huey so you wonder if he scammed Big G for the balance.
If you see him walking around with his left hand in his pocket all the time you can bet the sand folk found him and now he has to wipe his jack and eat with the same hand.
It now appears that the engine, gearbox and blades off Jamies helo are soldiering forth in HUI, the last two engines melted down because the jakkals was "Tuning" the fuel control units and governers himself but just couldnt get it right. Thats why they were starting the thing in the energency throttle all the time. So, if you do not have any logbooks then you do not have to record the overtemps and then you get meltdowns. Just like Bell said it would. So if he keeps his fingers off the tricky bits Jamie could maybe salvage some leftovers. So much for that US maintenance ticket. If the attempt at an SA licence is anything to go by, maybe the folks at FAA licencing should go through the paperwork again.
By the way Bert, about those folks up north, the F, sorry, the jakkals is not a Souf Efrikin, he is a full blooded Zamboon from Lusaka. Touche`
´Still Proudly South African´"

Boss man Bell helicopters arrives in CPt, frontier of wild west helo aviation, and goes for a dop in Waterfront (as all good tourists flying into CTI with G5 do) and catches sight of low flying Huey (pax hanging out doors) sends directive to his airworthiness dept to send letter to our CAA immediately that this is not right..this is wrong and we don't do that back home.. keep up the flag Helibase..

Suddenly very quite from the Frelonius Maximus quarter. Looks like Wyatt “say it like it is” Earp has finally sorted men from the mice.

I have done some research

Hello mates,

I have taken such an interest in this dealing being that I have deals in both South Africa and the U.S., and have decided that I would play Sherlock Holmes, not to be mistaken for the porn star "Holmes". I have been able to compile a great deal of information and spoke with various sources, which I believe would be interesting to share. So mates here is what the Sherlock Holmes has discovered.

I have recently reviewed the article written and reported by Fatima Schroeder and the court documents, regarding the transatlantic dispute between Select Aviation Services Pty. Ltd. and Advanced Aviation Technology Enterprises, Inc. I would like to share with you the information of the case, no. 9335/2005, between Select Aviation Services and Advanced Aviation Technology, which I believe violated International Shipping Rules.

On February 3, 2005, Advanced Aviation Technology Enterprises, Inc. offer to sell to Select Aviation Services Pty. Ltd. the aircraft for $864,000.00 U.S. dollars and did not include any of the other aircraft as in the July 6th agreement. Advanced Aviation Technology Enterprises, Inc offered to sell to Select Aviation Services Pty. Ltd. the Bell aircraft as a permanent export to South Africa for $864,000.00 U.S., including additional items. Select Aviation Services Pty. Ltd. never paid to Advanced Aviation Technology Enterprises, Inc. $864,000.00 U.S. as required by the sale, which caused the sale to be invalid, and was acknowledged and signed by Mr. Gary Fox as being invalid, if Advanced Aviation Technology Enterprises, Inc. did not received the $864,000.00 U.S. from Select Aviation Services Pty. Ltd.

Select Aviation Services Pty. Ltd. and Advanced Aviation Technology Enterprises, Inc. entered into an agreement on July 6, 2005 to sell to Select Aviation Services Pty. Ltd. a Bell 205A-1, for approximately $740,000.00 US, and to certify two additional aircraft for $50,000.00 US, and to go into partnership on four ex-military aircraft utilizing $400,000.00 US of their money from the sale of the Bell 205A-1.

Advanced Aviation Technology Enterprises, Inc. shipped the aircraft, after receiving a 10% deposit, as a temporary import into South Africa, pending the finalization of payment. Advanced Aviation Technology Enterprises, Inc. was to be paid "On arrival of the 205A-1 in Cape Town approximately $740,000.00 US, excluding any deposits. Select Aviation Services Pty. Ltd. refused to pay the balance of the 205A-1.

It appears Select Aviation Services changed the agreement, and required that Advanced Aviation Technology Enterprises, Inc. provide an Export Certificate of Airworthiness. The Bell 205A-1 already arrived in Cape Town, and Advanced Aviation Technology Enterprises, Inc. is unable to obtain an Export Certificate of Airworthiness since the aircraft is in country, and was shipped as a temporary import that did not require the FAA to issue the certificate. Select Aviation Services required Advanced Aviation Technolgoy Enterprises, Inc. to de-registered the aircraft from the United States Registry before receiving full payment on the 205A-1 (Who in my opinion would be a complete blubbering fool to do so).

It appears if they had deregistered the aircraft, and provided all historical records for the 205A-1, Select Aviation Services Pty. Ltd. would not have paid, and I believe that Select Aviation Services Pty. Ltd. would have instituted the action to remove the aircraft from the port and customs authority claiming ownership.

Select Aviation Services Pty Ltd. instituted the action against Advanced Aviation Technology Enterprises, Inc. and consequently succeeded in persuading the Judge to allow the 205A-1 to be stored at Helibase, even though the 205A-1 had not and still has not cleared customs and was international cargo. It was agreed to be stored at Helibase once full payment was confirmed. Select Aviation Services Pty. Ltd. was not allowed in the court order to tamper with the 205A-1. However, Select Aviation Services Pty. Ltd. stated to the court that they had to completely strip and paint the aircraft to prevent further corrosion, which was not a proper method to prevent further corrosion. Select Aviation Services Pty. Ltd. removed the Engine Assy., which was not a requirement to be performed to prevent further corrosion. It appears Select Aviation Services Pty Ltd took the mian rotor blades and installed them on there huey to protect them from further corrosion (hmmm never heard of that one either as a method of protection).

Advanced Aviation Technology Enterprises, Inc. only agreed to store the aircraft at Helibase once full payment was confirmed, which was agreed upon by a August 5, 2005 documents signed by Select Aviation Services Pty. Ltd. that the aircraft remained in the custody of the South African customs and port authority until such time that they paid in full the balance of the purchase price.

Acting Justice, Mrs. Fortuin, appear's to be in cahoots with Select Aviation Services Pty. Ltd. or was quite misguided or not knowledable in her duties, and assisted Select Aviation Services Pty. Ltd. in violating International shipping regulations, which has exposed South African government to severe penalties. Well if this is legal, then we should all order some item highly priced, seize it prior to payment, and say thank you kind sir.

Select Aviation Services Pty. Ltd. and Helicopter & Marine Services is not approved by the FAA or the South African CAA to perform maintenance on the Bell 205A-1 to my knowledge. Advanced Aviation Technology Enterprises, Inc sought relief from the court to have the 205A-1 removed from Helibase and was given a court order to remove the 205A-1 from Helibase and put in neutral storage under the control of the Sheriff pending the outcome of the case. However, when the moving company tried to remove the aircraft from the current site, Select Aviation Services Pty. Ltd. halted every effort to remove the aircraft, and had his partner in crime file a lien on the aircraft to stop the court order to remove the aircraft from the Helibase.

In review of the July 6, 2005 agreement, the obligation for Select Aviation Services Pty. Ltd. to make payment of the arrival of the 205A-1 was not conditional upon any other performance by Advanced Aviation Technology Enterprises, Inc. If you are interested, you may review all annexes supplied by Advanced Aviation Technology Enterprises, Inc. and shows that Select Aviation Services Pty. Ltd. breached the contract. Select Aviation Services Pty. Ltd. did not disclose to the Cape High Circus the letter that they signed and provided to Advanced Aviation Technology Enterprises, Inc. stating that they had no claim or rights to the Bell 205A-1, and did not provide sufficient evidence that Advanced Aviation Technology Enterprises, Inc. was in breach of the contract. They were not completely honest with the court.

I found all this information to be very interesting and thought maybe you chaps would like to be supplied the information as well. Its truly amazing what you can find out about things by making a few phone calls and contacting direct Advanced Aviation at 941-637-7202 and speaking with a chap saying he is Jamie's son, and asking different sources. Again as I commented before, it seems that as there is alot of money being waisted on court fees and to do away with the he said she said bull and prove that this is a legitimate deal on Select Aviation Services part and stop the questions on everyones integridy, they would just put the money into escrow (obviously the Federal Reserve Bank has approved the transaction) and then everyone eats crow on different allegations against them. Escrow is put in place to protect all involved. The money is held until both parties supply all requested and provide a release. I know that I have never done a deal without one.

Heres wishing you all a interesting reading...I myself am off to have that final day beer or possibly a few. Cheers mates!

Frelonius Maximus (unlike you sad bunch) has a life that doesnt revolve around a key/motherboard and spreading malicious rumours. There are so many better thing to do with ones weekend... like flying, for example. Monday today, here I am!

With all due respect Bert, I dont know you other than the 'stuff' I read and hear, but admit it, Bru, you do take the bait GOOD.
You obviously have some rather large beef with Supervan. Wouldnt it be nice to find out all this is 'tounge in cheek', but I can see it aint so I'm gonna do my best to rather just use you for a source for a LAFF

I'm as interested to see what transpires as you are... stay tuned!

Or maybe you couldnt get into the hangar over the weekend. Not far enough up the foodchain?

I have not seen respect come from the group your involved with, dont attempt to distance yourself.
Bait has nothing to do with your comments.........Bull is more like it.

I have no Personal Beef with any of the folks there. I strongly disagree with the operation in total. Its my disagreement and folks such as yourself and the Kennel Keeper who keep this debate alive.
Based on comments from many here in the area of "Rumors" it appears that the "Helibase Operation" has drifted from doing things wrong to jumping across the river to what we call here as a CCE ( Continuing Criminal Enterprise) worthy of "Scorpion" intervention.

Howzit everyone! Bert is "bromming" as usual, At least he's consistent, pity 'bout the lack of depth in his sense of humour tho.

Or maybe you couldnt get into the hangar over the weekend. Not far enough up the foodchain
Like I said, I have my own aircraft to work on and a family and FRIENDS to hang out with.

Barry, my Bru, if you wanna pick me out about my colloquillisms, its "Kak" not "Kuk", or are you afraid youll be moderated?

I have not seen respect come from the group your involved with, dont attempt to distance yourself.
Bert, ole bean, ole fruit, ole sock, if you dont want respect... fine with me

The Super Frelon made its first hover flight yesterday afternoon.

It caused quite a bit of congestion on the N1 as all the cars slowed down to look

Thanks for that. It shows that its a worthy subject. Most of those posts were in referernce to someones elses comments.
You can thank folks such as yourself , Kennel Keeper and a few others for the great response. Without them these threads would have gone away long ago. Maybe those who write your paychecks should whisper in your ear to just "shut the up" and this would all be history......
On the other hand Im sure others out there like to see whats going on.

Unhappy

But nobody does anything about it ...

Met an estate agent yesterday. His kid is at CAA. He is the third "highest" qualified when it comes to flying there.

900 hours ... I had to laugh ... he asked my why .. I said mate I did that in 9 months a few times in my life - and that during a war with bullets flying

Shame ...
