KA Recruitment process
Gachu,
Yes No jokes! I received the invitation within 24 hours after I submitted the application on the internet.
I believe they would screen thru candidates' essay, so do it properly.
also what i can realise from th previous post is that the IT usually conducts on wednesday, and successful candidate is notificed in two days, -- Friday, And AT will be held on the following week -- wednesday.
Cheers,
Ricky

Just wondering, has anyone actually tried calling Dragonair and asked about the reapply notice after 12 months and see if it really meant that you failed the application in the current year??

Hey Ricky, I also attended the IT today. I actually got a call this afternoon advising me to come for AT tomorrow.
btw, I'm overseas applicant so that might be the reason.
How did you find the numerical test? I was only able to finish a bit more than half the paper. Previously I read that we should make suitable guesses, but I wasn't sure if that'll deduct my marks (If it's wrong). Hence I left a lot of questions blanked!

I also wonder, seems those to be honest to leave the answers blanked instead of guessing the remaning questions would have greater chance to pass, maybe its referring to a better pilot attitude??
Can anyone share if u guess the remaining questions but still passed?

gachu,
Depends on your strategy on how you tackle the questions on the Maths side of things. Some people will do quality of questions and actually do all the calculations, where as you may get people doing rough estimations for quantity of questions. All in all, if you manage to answer all the questions with calculations, your a genius and you shouldn't be a Pilot! More like a banker/stock broker within the time limit, after all we all can do the questions if we had an hour! Fact! Its the time constraint which kills most people, in other words you have to prioritise which questions to do!
Also the Mathematics doesn't ask to show your working, so you should guess if you don't know the answer as its multiple choice.

Capple,
My IT was on yesterday morning. It went pretty well as I mentioned in my previous post, however, not IN HOUSE TEST!!!!!! i screwed it!!! I think at max i only get 2-3 questions absolutely correct. For maths test, honest opinion, dont panic on it and just do it carefully, make sure all answer you answered are correct. In my opinion, if you are not sure about the answer, dont guess and leave it blank instead. Focus on accuracy!!!
All: FYI, I just got call few minutes ago from Moni. for the invitation of AT, getting super nervous again!!!
Good luck to all of US!!!!! fight for our goal!!!

Anyone was in the IT this morning, plz share.
