Well, if they don't issue the BE-76 as a multi endorsement, then they can't endorse the Seneca 1/2 either cuz both have the same issue - Expired CoA. Which would mean 90%+ wouldn't be able to convert...

Regardless, that is no list to go by for your training. It's a complete farce.
They are still issuing licenses on all popular trainers including the Seneca and Duchess.
