The pominent 'eject handle' to Bloggs's rear should have given him a clue that the cart wasn't CAT 1 on the safety roster.

After a rigorous competition, SAC Jenny had been chosen to test the UK's answer to the Space Shuttle. It was only one second after ignition that she suddenly thought:
