Not an Avia (nor a Czech) product, but you are in the right part of the world.

There was a funny french A/C whose nickname was "Belphegor and it was mostly a testbed for various types of engines. I can't just remember the full denomination but, being given a bit of time, I could find it...but maybe I'm wrong
carson1934
I think I found it: Aerocentre/SNCAC NC-3021.

Mel's Challenge

It is indeed the SNCAC NC-3021 Belphegor.

As Carson1934 got the correct name I will pass control to him if that is OK with you Skytrain10?
Mel

Yes sir, it is the Lampich "Roma" and compliments for the very nice picture which is much nicer than the one I have on file....
It's your turn and if possible try not to make it too difficult....
Cheers

Increasingly , if its obscure enough to list, it doesn't have a published "real" B&W silhouette - only line drawings - but maybe an exception here.............

G'day one11. Looks like the Indonesian NU-200 Sikumbang (Bee) of 1954.
