nope…they don’t. Only US citizens and perm residents and mostly guys with ties to the islands where they can.

Artlite: Yes, you read it correctly, this forum title does include….”& the Pacific”, but what they really mean is the bits of the Pacific which are west of the dateline and south of the equator.
