ANISEC Level Vienna

Hi,

any info on this contract flying A321s from Vienna? I have been offered an interview for NTR FO position (via interpersonal).

There is a brief basic info on career aero but my question is about lifestyle, duty hours, monthly pay including hours and bonuses, atmosphere in this young airline etc.

Thanks everyone for answers!

To those, who attended the BQ assessment session on the 5th of October:

Dear All,
How was the assessment? How many of you passed/failed? Did they tell something about future stages (sim, CQ)? Looking forward to hearing from you.

Best luck to all

Toms1 15th October 2018 17:31

Hi Toms1,
Well, it looks they do not want to share. According to interpersonal timetable, the first BQ group was on the 5th Oct and the next one is on the 17th Oct. When are you going? What is your experience in previous airline assessments?

Hi, i am waiting with my turn with Anisec, because I am now undergoing another interpersonal screening... so maybe after that, but I guess, it will be same as now. Lot of PC tests, skytest is a nice thing to get prepared. But just be yourself at the screening, there's no better advice.

Hi,
actually i am thinking of going in November as they offered me some more dates. I don't have much experience with assessments, actually none with BQ or DLR. Maybe we can get in touch in Messanger or Whatsapp and more talk about it...send me a private message. Cheers

Been there on Oct 5th. Of course everyone had to sign a confidentiality agreement, so I won't provide you with any details neither here nor via PM. But long story short: It's identical to the EW BQ except for one additional, relatively easy visual perception test and the lack of the personality questionnaire. If you happen to stumble upon some detailed description of the IP EW BQ here or on another pilot's board, this might be a good hint of what to expect.

vp89 17th October 2018 10:38

Hi mng558,

Thanks a lot for your response! It actually clarifies a lot :ok: It is good to hear that there is no personality questionnaire!!! Did you pass it? If yes, have you already got dates for simulator assessment? Looking forward to hearing from you.

Good luck with your assessments!

mng558 17th October 2018 11:41

I don't know the exact numbers, but I'd guess that two thirds of all participants did succeed on that day. FNPT screenings have been scheduled starting this week and for the following weeks for < 500 hrs / no rating candidates. Applicants with rating or > 500 hrs will be screened on an A320 FFS for which no dates or locations were available on BQ day.

vp89 17th October 2018 12:29

Thanks mng558,
It is good to know that it is a continuous process without long pauses. Let us know when is your sim date then and all the best in the screening!

vp89 29th October 2018 09:10

Dear All,
If anybody of this community participated in the BQ, sim or CQ assessment for Anisec on the 26th of October congratulations on passing the tests. Also please message me so we can discuss the outcome of the tests. For myself, I successfully passed the first stage!!!

Hi vp89,
congratulations on your succes! How was it? Do you know how many people do they need/hiring?

vp89 30th October 2018 18:22

Hi Toms1!
Thanks! Well, we were 13 people and the guy said that the company needs all of us. As much as I know, they are adding 3 aircraft to their fleet next year, which means that they need around 12-15 crews or 12-15 new first officers. Plus, they are upgrading many current FOs to commanders, thus I would say 20-25 new FOs would be realistic number. However, Small Planet is getting bad and probably loads of their pilots would go to Anisec... Just thoughts.

Shen505 4th November 2018 17:32

Hello everyone:)
Any experience/tips for the sim stage?

Many thanks and all the best with the assessments!

But the Skytest for Interpersonal and prepare with that.

vp89 9th November 2018 10:17

Dear all,
If you have already been assessed in the SIM, could you, please, share the profile you flew? Which airport, runways, departures, approaches, weather, etc. PM me. Thanks a lot!

Banana Joe 9th November 2018 13:10

vp89, in the download section of career.aero you will find all the information you need. They uploaded a briefing for it. There are no surprises.

vp89 19th November 2018 15:01

Dear all,
Has anybody passed the Corporate Qualifications part and would be keen to shear his/her insights about the assessment? Please, let me know. Thank you in advance and wish you all the best in your future assessments.

Shrikeritay 23rd November 2018 16:54

Hey Guys,

any of you who took part in the BQ for Anisec could say If they are allowing to use a calculator for the physics part? I'm
getting ready with sky test and can't make an answer for that.

Any other tip/advice you can give will be much appreciated :)

Shrikeritay 26th November 2018 09:43

Dear lalbak,

You have to redo BQ for every airline with interpersonal. It is a tedious process.
