ANISEC Level Vienna
Hi,
any info on this contract flying A321s from Vienna? I have been offered an interview for NTR FO position (via interpersonal).
There is a brief basic info on career aero but my question is about lifestyle, duty hours, monthly pay including hours and bonuses, atmosphere in this young airline etc.
Thanks everyone for answers!

To those, who attended the BQ assessment session on the 5th of October:
Dear All,
How was the assessment? How many of you passed/failed? Did they tell something about future stages (sim, CQ)? Looking forward to hearing from you.
Best luck to all

Well, it looks they do not want to share. According to interpersonal timetable, the first BQ group was on the 5th Oct and the next one is on the 17th Oct. When are you going? What is your experience in previous airline assessments?

Hi, i am waiting with my turn with Anisec, because I am now undergoing another interpersonal screening... so maybe after that, but I guess, it will be same as now. Lot of PC tests, skytest is a nice thing to get prepared. But just be yourself at the screening, there's no better advice.

actually i am thinking of going in November as they offered me some more dates. I don't have much experience with assessments, actually none with BQ or DLR. Maybe we can get in touch in Messanger or Whatsapp and more talk about it...send me a private message. Cheers

Been there on Oct 5th. Of course everyone had to sign a confidentiality agreement, so I won't provide you with any details neither here nor via PM. But long story short: It's identical to the EW BQ except for one additional, relatively easy visual perception test and the lack of the personality questionnaire. If you happen to stumble upon some detailed description of the IP EW BQ here or on another pilot's board, this might be a good hint of what to expect.

Hi mng558,
Thanks a lot for your response! It actually clarifies a lot
It is good to hear that there is no personality questionnaire!!! Did you pass it? If yes, have you already got dates for simulator assessment? Looking forward to hearing from you.
Good luck with your assessments!

I don't know the exact numbers, but I'd guess that two thirds of all participants did succeed on that day. FNPT screenings have been scheduled starting this week and for the following weeks for < 500 hrs / no rating candidates. Applicants with rating or > 500 hrs will be screened on an A320 FFS for which no dates or locations were available on BQ day.
