Your hipocrisy is almost laughable. You call me rude, and yet you are the one blatantly being rude, agressive, arrogant, small minded, ignorant, chauvinistic and in a way that guarantees no repercussion!! I feel it is time for you to realise that women can not only do your job, but can almost certainly do it better, and that you can not start making rediculous comments without offending people.

Get a life, find some friends, or even buy some friends if you have to (I can appreciate it must be difficult for you to meet decent people with your attitude). Those women that remain nameless, did you have to pay for their company? I think so. I feel sorry for your wife, sister, mother, etc, etc. What they must have to go through, I pitty them.

And just to put you on track, there are no ladies who presently do my job in aviation. I am quite sure you are correct, there are females who quite probably could, but right now they don't - FACT. And please don't think for one moment I am a misogynist because I am not. I love women and I love the company of women, I just don't think they have a place on the flight deck/cockpit of aircraft. As we live in a free society, that is my view and I trust you will respect my view just as I respect your view that I am wrong.

It has always been that the lazy or barely-competent men wanted to keep women out of the competition for their work. It has also been for a long time that the rest of men welcomed anyone, and was civilised to anyone joining them in their occupation, having the confidence to cope with the competitors. That is what makes the sexist boors look so pathetic: it is a position primarily taken by people who are not confident, so they tend to be bullies, tend not to be good at their jobs and not willing to work for their position.
