Age/what you would get now etc are irrelevant Sure, roster, base, fatigue and paycheck are important issues, but all that is typical of pilot short term thinking (lacking the big picture/situational awareness :ouch: ) and can change very quickly when a new manager wants to increase his bonus. Focusing on only these aspects is hardly a reliable reflection of the state of the airline industry. |
