PFO club member too. 1800TT, 1500 medium jet, white, medium build, right handed. I'm not one for conspiracy theories and wish all those still in with a chance the best of luck!

It all seems simple to me guys; they got enough TR guys to not worry about non-TR. From all the PFOs listed so far I think one had limited Airbus experience, the rest haven't. I am ex-mil (UK) and now Boeing rated and me and my very similar friend got PFO. I doubt it's anything other than they cast their net wide and caught enough TR guys to not worry about us.
The paranoia and arrogance of some people to imagine some of the situations suggested here is remarkable!!!

PFO - 4200hrs - 3400 on the Q400

No PFO yet. Non Tr, 4,500TT, mix of TP and RJ, 1500 PIC.

It's a mixed bag I think. Not enough evidence to say they have a specific level of experience in mind. I have 5000 hrs TP 3300 PIC. I know 15 others with various experience from min required to 7500 TT who ain't heard anything yet either.

Bad luck to those who didn't get through but with the numbers EJ are dealing with I guess they had to be brutal.

Did take it kinda badly when I got the email. But when I see the exp level on others in here, can't really take it too bad as it doesn't seems performance based but rather agenda based. Kinda funny we didn't meet the "benchmark" this time around but they really want you to reapply:rolleyes:

Nothing received from them today. 3500hrs non-tr, mostly medium jet time. I'm sure they'll get round to sending my pfo tomorrow.

Yup. PFO. Ditto comments re exciting first paragraph of the email. 2900 TT 2000 turbo prop RHS only.

i had a chat with an ezy captain.
He said he's not surpised about my PFO and that he was glad about that.
He said that without being ironic.
At this point its clear to me that there is a precise plan behind this recruitment drive.

And know a couple of others on the recommend a friend scheme who didn't make it either. In fact I don't know anyone who made it :ooh:

Fact of the matter is we don't know why we didn't pass so I don't know if there is some secret agenda???

But if it was 2500 people that did the online tests, they can be extremely brutal in the culling of people!
