Craggenmore - I am not defending the indefensible. I can only agree with your comments. I am not sure that in most case there is a whole lot easyJet could have done to help people to stay. Now, if we started getting A330s out of Gatwick doing long haul to the West Indies and Florida - then that would be a different matter!

With an upcoming cadet scheme similar to BA's FPP, they're looking to hold onto their cadets for longer - long enough to approach command, and therefore tie/trap alot of people into a career term.
Some positive steps in the company. After this summer easyJet is in a strong position going forward; it's ideal for some people's circumstances. Edit: Apologies, to clairfy it's an internal scheme. |
