Info on recent assessments

Hi all

Has anyone been to an Aegean assessment recently and is up for sharing information? There is so little on the internet I am not quite sure what to expect. I know there will be a sim, some psychometric tests and interviews + a group exercise but wondering as to content so I can prepare accordingly.

Thx in advance!

Dear All,

Any updated info on the T&C-s? Looking for salary/taxation, company accomodation, crew transportation and roster/vacation/crew travel info - basically all the stuff what i can't get out of the recruiter before filling all the paperwork in order to apply...go figure. According to the recruiter mentioned above, most of the info I'm looking for will be made clear during the screening/interview...wtf?! By the looks of it's either the industry's best kept secret or we are just wasting eachothers time here, i think.

Cheers!

Around 8k euro gross, but some swiss tax scheme included a'la Wizz so not too much deductions AFAIK. There is also some housing incl. although not sure about it. Ppl tend to be happy, except during winter - part time rosters and salaries as I heard.

I suspect people are happy in the summer because overtime pay should be easy to achieve.
what about other benefits?

How is everybody doing? What's on offer by the company these days? Unpaid, or have they made any redundancies? Expats? Stay healthy y'all.
